Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Assist in the creation and development of design concepts, layouts, and visual assets. Support senior designers in the execution of branding, digital, print, or product design projects. Conduct research and gather inspiration to support creative development. Prepare design presentations, mock-ups, and prototypes. Maintain and organize design files, templates, and project documentation. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure cohesive brand communication. Follow project guidelines and meet deadlines with accuracy and creativity. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Architecture, Fashion, or a related field. 02 years of experience in a design-related role (internship or freelance work is acceptable). Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch, AutoCAD, CorelDRAW, etc.depending on industry). Strong eye for aesthetics, color, typography, and layout. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to take feedback positively and implement revisions quickly. A strong portfolio showcasing relevant design work (required).
