Job Description

Demonstrate strong expertise in UAE Fire & Life Safety Code (FLS), Saudi Building Code 201 (SBC 201), NFPA 101, NFPA 5000, IBC, and other international fire safety standards.
Develop detailed fire and life safety (FLS) drawings, plans, and documentation in compliance with local regulations, building codes, and project requirements.
Perform comprehensive analyses, including occupancy load calculations, fire separation planning, hazard identification, travel distance assessments, construction elements definition, and fire access road planning.
Support multi-disciplinary teams in designing facilities that align with local regulations and project-specific fire safety requirements.
Prepare fire safety submissions and compliance reports for regulatory approvals.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to seamlessly integrate fire safety solutions into building designs.
Develop performance-based fire engineering strategies, ensuring optimized safety measures.
Exhibit proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and fire modeling tools to enhance technical efficiency.
Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
