• Lead the design and new product development team to create innovative forging solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development process from concept to market launch, including design, prototyping, and testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure product designs meet customer needs and quality standards.
• Manage product and project timelines to optimize time-to-market and ensure timely delivery of new products.
• Evaluate and implement new manufacturing technologies and materials to enhance product performance and cost-effectiveness.
• Mentor, train, and supervise design and NPD team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
