The Die Shop Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the die shop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production schedules. Responsibilities include supervising staff, managing maintenance of dies and tooling, conducting quality inspections, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with other departments to optimize productivity. Qualifications Experience in supervisory roles, particularly in a manufacturing or die shop setting Knowledge of die maintenance, tooling, and quality inspections Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Proficiency in using industry-related software and tools Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards
