Roles and Responsibilities: Fixture Design
Design and manufacturing of Jigs and fixtures Experience Must (Minimum 1 Year).
Design and manufacturing of special gauges and templates
Knowledge in PDM.
Maintain the Fixture records and Documents in PDM.
Knowledge in Manufacturing process and machines like VMC, HMC, CNC Turning
Knowledge in DG&T
Knowledge in Material Selection & Special Process like Heat treatment, Grinding, Wirecutting for fixtures child parts.
Followup subsuppliers for Fixture child part manufacturing.
Knowledge in DFM & DFA.
5S Knowledge in Shopfloor
