About The Opportunity
We operate in the private healthcare sector specializing in clinical dermatology and aesthetic skin services across India. Our clinic network delivers evidence-based medical dermatology, minor surgical procedures, and advanced cosmetic treatments to a diverse patient population in an on-site clinical setting.Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management for a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including inflammatory, infectious, and chronic skin diseases.
- Perform office-based procedures such as skin biopsies, excisions, cryotherapy, minor dermatologic surgery, and basic reconstructive techniques with high-quality documentation and follow-up.
- Deliver aesthetic treatments including laser procedures, injectables (Botulinum toxin), chemical peels, microneedling, and phototherapy where indicated, maintaining safety and consent protocols.
- Coordinate with pathology labs for histopathology review, interpret reports, and integrate findings into treatment plans; escalate complex cases appropriately.
- Maintain accurate electronic medical records, prescribe treatment plans, and ensure compliance with clinical governance, infection control, and patient confidentiality standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions, patient education, and continuous professional development to uphold evidence-based practice and clinic quality standards.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- MBBS with postgraduate dermatology specialization (MD/DNB/DPD or equivalent) and valid clinical registration in India
- Proven experience performing skin biopsies, minor dermatologic surgery, and dermatoscopy-based diagnostics
- Practical experience with laser systems and phototherapy protocols
- Hands-on experience administering Botulinum toxin and other basic injectables with documented safety practices
- Competence in outpatient dermatology case management and electronic medical record documentation
- Strong understanding of dermatopathology and ability to coordinate histopathology-driven care
Preferred
- Additional training or certification in aesthetic procedures and laser safety
- Experience with chemical peels, microneedling, and advanced cosmetic protocols
- Exposure to pediatric dermatology or dermato-oncology cases
