Index Derivatives (Nifty, BankNifty, Sensex, Bankex)

The position is suited for candidates who are disciplined, analytical and eager to build a long-term career in market trading.

1. Follow Predefined Trading Setup

- Understand the firms internal trading setup and rules taught by senior traders.

- Wait for the market to come into the predefined levels/range shared by the senior.

- Execute trades instantly and accurately when the price hits the assigned level.

2. Trade Execution

- Punch orders (entry, exit or SL) with 100% accuracy as instructed.

- Ensure correct strike, expiry, product and quantity before placing any trade.

- Maintain high focus during market hours to avoid order errors or delays.

3. Discipline & Risk Control

- Follow strict risk rules set by the firm (max loss, exposure limits, time-based exits).

- No self-trading, no experimenting strictly rule-based execution only.

- Immediately report any unusual platform issue or price movement to seniors.

4. Trade Logging & Reporting

- Update trade logs, MTM, entry/exit times and remarks during the day.

- Prepare end-of-day reports summarizing trades executed and key observations.

- Assist seniors in reviewing trade performance and noting errors/improvements.

5. Desk Operations

- Ensure trading platform, internet and system are fully functional before market open.

- Monitor only price movement.

- Coordinate with senior traders for instructions and clarifications.

6. Learning & Growth

- Learn firms strategy, execution rules and trading psychology structure.

- Improve focus, execution speed, emotional control and accuracy under pressure.

- Participate in regular training sessions led by senior traders.
