Deputy Vice President - Fraud Risk Management

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining comprehensive fraud risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures tailored to various business lines. In this role, you will conduct fraud risk assessments across products and processes, identify vulnerabilities, and recommend preventive controls and mitigation strategies. Your responsibilities will include overseeing fraud monitoring systems and analytics tools to detect suspicious activities, collaborating with analytics teams to enhance detection capabilities. You will lead investigations into fraud incidents, coordinate with internal teams and external agencies, and ensure timely resolution and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements related to fraud risk (e.g., RBI, SEBI, AML guidelines), preparing documentation and responses for audits and inspections. You will work closely with business, operations, legal, compliance, and IT teams to embed fraud risk controls and awareness across functions. Furthermore, you will design and deliver fraud awareness programs for employees and partners, promoting a culture of vigilance and ethical conduct.
