Job Description

Job Purpose Objective is to create a virtuous cycle of improvement in our product & process to increase ease for our DMS Field team to run their daily activities. Ensuring timely delivery of NPL related project & respective deliverables Ensuring timely communication to stakeholders on project deliverables Working experience of Mobile App will be an added advantage Responsible for management of operational issues arises in NPL module in OneApp/CRM/Core Collect system and to provide support to field team Understanding of how collection works in retail banking/auto loan work flow will be an added advantage. Preparation of management MIS on various IT projects and deliveries Understand change requirements to raise user stories and BRD with IT Duties and Responsibilities To manage daily BAUs and assigned project status and progress. Skill set for BRD and User Stories write-up To create Test Cases Scenario to perform Biz UAT Domain experience in Debt Management services will be an added advantage Defined KPI daily monitoring Key Decisions / Dimensions To execute NPL system related cross-functional digital projects as per agreed timeline and in-line with RBI, legal & compliance guidelines. To run daily defined BAUs within defined timeline To make sure defined KPI parameters are properly monitored, and action taken accordingly. Major Challenges To execute DMS NPL related projects as per agreed timeline and in-line with RBI, legal & compliance guidelines. To make sure real time product & platform support to field team Required Qualifications and Experience a)Qualifications Engineering Graduates/ Postgraduate Fresher or experienced with Project Management skill set b)Work Experience More than 1-3 years of experience in financial industry Understanding or experience in Project Management, Auto loan related activities within collection domain, semi technical understanding of APIs, Experience of creating UI on Figma, Loan life cycle understanding, Ability to write basic SQL basic query will be added advantage
