Deputy Project Manager

Deputy Project Manager Location: Hyderabad, Telangana Role Overview: The Deputy Project Manager will support the Project Manager in overseeing construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, managing resources, and maintaining quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Project Planning & Execution : Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments. Resource Management : Coordinate with procurement and HR teams to allocate appropriate resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment. Quality Assurance : Implement quality control measures to ensure construction activities meet company standards and client expectations. Safety Compliance : Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment. Stakeholder Communication : Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project execution. Documentation & Reporting : Maintain comprehensive project documentation and provide regular updates to senior management. Risk Management : Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address unforeseen challenges. Qualifications & Experience: Education : Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree or PMP certification is a plus. Experience : 10 + Yrs.
