Deputy Manager/Manager Operations - Operational Compliance

As a Deputy Manager/Manager Operations - Operational Compliance at Mumbai, your role involves keeping track of all Operational Regulatory requirements, analyzing them, and ensuring timely implementation of regulatory directives in various Operational areas. You will need to escalate matters that do not meet regulatory timelines or are not in line with the Regulatory directive. Additionally, you will study SEBI circulars/ Letters, anticipate system/process changes, discuss with concerned user teams, provide comments/suggestions, and plan for the implementation of the directives. Key Responsibilities: - Handling SEBI Inspections and Audit Inspections by collaborating with all operations functional heads to compile PIQs (Pre-Inspection Questionnaires) received from regulators. - Maintaining and updating Regulatory-related Action Taken Reports (ATRs) and coordinating with operations functional heads. - Creating Management Information Systems (MIS) and reports, sharing them promptly with internal teams and stakeholders, and maintaining all relevant data and email trails for future reference. - Coordinating with other Departments on various Operational aspects and Regulatory actionables pertaining to Operations. Qualifications Required: - Postgraduate qualification. - Age limit of 35 years. - Experience of 5-15 years. - Skills preferred include basic knowledge of Depository Operations, proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), good interpersonal and communication skills, and being an effective team player.
