Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the complete lifecycle of video production from conceptualization, scripting, and storyboarding to shooting, editing, and final delivery across various platforms.
Establish streamlined workflows for feedback, approvals, and version control while maintaining the highest quality standards and adherence to brand guidelines and compliance protocols.
Oversee external vendors for shoots, voiceovers, animations, and post-production while managing budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
On-Time Delivery Rate: Percentage of video projects completed by the deadline.
Project Turnaround Time: Average time taken from project kickoff to final delivery.
Revision Count: Number of revision cycles per project (aim to minimize without sacrificing quality).
Stakeholder Satisfaction: Feedback from internal clients, marketing teams, compliance team and external clients.
Team Collaboration Efficiency: Measured via feedback or number of communication bottlenecks.

Qualification

Bachelors degree in film production, media studies, digital Media

Professional certifications or diploma in video editing or pg with strong portfolio exp

Proven 5 years of experience into video production with editing skills in corporate or agency
