Job Description

You have been mandated to join a renowned company based in Faridabad location as an Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager. Your main responsibility will be to analyze tax laws and regulations, preparing detailed reports on their impact to the organization. You will need to provide a roadmap for timely implementation to enhance compliance and improve operational efficiency. Additionally, you will lead the preparation and submission of tax returns, declarations, and other tax-related documents, ensuring timely and accurate filing of reports. It will be your duty to oversee TDS & TCS compliance, including consolidation and validation of tax liabilities across all locations. You must ensure timely submission of returns and issuance of relevant certificates. You will be required to provide clear guidance to management on tax policies, implications, and related queries. Developing communication materials for the business to ensure clarity will also fall under your responsibilities. Your role will involve managing Transfer Pricing documentation, including data collection and analysis for intra-group transactions. You will need to prepare the TP Study Report and form 3CEB. Reconciling tax cases with tax balances and maintaining regular updates with management on any litigation or disputes will be crucial. Ensuring compliance with MSME regulations, including timely submission of returns and verification of vendor status, will also be part of your duties. In addition, you will provide oversight on indirect taxation matters and monitor and manage currency hedges for tax-related impacts. Driving internal audit improvements and collaborating with the entire team to strengthen audit processes will be essential in this role. To qualify for this position, you should be an ACA (Chartered Accountant) with a minimum of 4-5 years of post-qualification experience. Experience in the manufacturing sector within a mid/large-sized corporation is preferred. Candidates from non-manufacturing backgrounds with experience at a Big 4 firm will also be considered. Strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws, rules, and regulations is required, along with experience working in an ERP environment, with preference for Oracle.
