Deputy Manager - System Administrator - IT Zydus

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive IT Infrastructure Operations Executive to manage and support our data center operations, server and application monitoring, user access management, and ITSM processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, maintain compliance with SOPs, and coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Center Operations

• Manage access control and monitor environmental conditions
• Acknowledge and respond to system notifications and alerts

• Server & Storage Monitoring

• Monitor health and performance of servers and storage devices
• Perform event log analysis and preventive maintenance for servers, devices, and UPS

• Active Directory Management

• Monitor AD replication and manage organizational units
• Handle user ID creation and access provisioning (AD-ID, FTP, O365, etc.)

• System Registration & Inventory

• Register new servers/devices in HP-IRS
• Maintain accurate inventory of servers and applications

• Application & Backup Management

• Monitor and maintain applications as per SOP
• Execute and monitor data backup/restoration processes

• Security & Compliance

• Monitor antivirus/EDR alerts and acknowledge incidents
• Implement desktop and laptop policies

• User & Access Reconciliation

• Reconcile user access across AD, WSFTP, SharePoint, CyberArk, and O365

• Disaster Recovery & Reporting

• Assist in DR drills and maintain documentation
• Prepare periodic status reports and maintain SOP attachments

• Vendor Coordination

• Liaise with vendors for issue resolution and manage related tickets

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree with IT certification.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, ITSM tools, and server monitoring
• Familiarity with backup solutions, antivirus/EDR platforms, and data center protocols
• Strong documentation and reporting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
