Deputy Manager-Production

Role Overview: As a Shift Engineer at the Gorakhpur factory, your primary responsibility will be to support the running of the factory by resolving breakdowns, delivering maintenance, and driving improvement across the site. You will be supervising and improving production at plants and factories, supporting engineering teams, drawing up safety protocols, reporting issues to the manager, and developing strategies to enhance efficiency and profit. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare corrective action & preventive action plans for production - Implement the organization's goals and policies in coordination with managers - Operate & maintain coding machines - Ensure safety for personnel, facilities & equipment - Provide raw materials for production through the store - Maintain discipline among the workforce - Implement daily preventive maintenance schedules - Uphold GMP & GHK standards in respective areas - Track & calculate Line Productivity, Production Productivity & Production Breakage - Monitor shift-wise production and control Glass Breakage - Conduct breakdown maintenance and minimize Filler downtime - Ensure proper manpower utilization and drive new initiatives Qualification Required: - Education Qualification: Degree (Engineering) from a reputed institute - Experience Range: 5-15 years Desirable Experience: - Knowledge of benchmarking methodology and other tools - Passion for market data, analytical eye, and skilled communicator - Advanced MS Excel and MS Power Point skills Additional Details: No additional details of the company were mentioned in the job description.,
