Job Description

You are a proactive and experienced Deputy Manager for Part Readiness, responsible for ensuring the availability, readiness, and efficient distribution of spare parts across the network. Your role involves managing inventory levels, coordinating with suppliers, optimizing stock, and implementing inventory control practices. You will analyze historical sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to forecast future demand and develop inventory strategies accordingly. Additionally, you will identify and implement process improvements, lead a team of staff, and address customer service issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. You will prepare regular reports on inventory status and key performance metrics, requiring strong technical, leadership, analytical, and communication skills. A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in spare parts management or a related role within the automobile industry is required, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.,
