Deputy Manager / Manager Power system studies

Role Overview: As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with global stakeholders, staying updated with electrical standards and codes, and continuously improving your technical skills. You will work both independently and as part of a team to meet project deadlines. Your tasks will include data collection, validation, and modeling of electrical networks using power system simulation tools. Additionally, you will be involved in various studies related to power systems and electrical design. Key Responsibilities: - Clearly articulate and communicate in English with global stakeholders - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of electrical standards and codes like IS, IEC, IEEE, NFPA, and NEC - Continuously update knowledge and adopt new technical skills - Work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision to meet timelines - Collect, validate, and model electrical networks using tools like ETAP - Familiarize yourself with LV and high voltage power systems, safety practices, and design - Conduct various studies and projects independently, including Arc Flash Analysis, Short Circuit Study, Relay coordination, Transient Stability Analysis, and others - Perform tasks such as motor acceleration studies, reactive power compensation, unbalance load flow, power evacuation studies, harmonics studies, earthing and lighting studies, and modeling of WTG and Generator Qualification Required: - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering - Minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar role - Proficiency in software such as ETAP, SKM, and other relevant power system study software (Note: No additional details about the company were provided in the job description.),
