Roles & Responsibilities-

Human Resource

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:

    • Identify manpower needs in coordination with department heads.
    • Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Ensure smooth induction and orientation programs.
  • Performance Management:

    • Implement and monitor KPIs and performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in goal setting, feedback, and employee development plans.
  • Compliance & Policy Management:

    • Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act, and Factory Act.
    • Develop, review, and enforce HR policies, employee handbooks, and code of conduct.
  • Training & Development:

    • Identify skill gaps and coordinate technical and soft-skill training programs.
    • Collaborate with R&D and production teams for process-related training.
  • Employee Relations:

    • Address employee grievances and disciplinary issues.
    • Promote a positive and productive workplace culture.

Administration Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, facility management, and housekeeping.
  • Manage vendor contracts for security, housekeeping, canteen, and other services.
  • Maintain office infrastructure, logistics, and stationary inventory.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for necessary factory/industrial approvals and licenses (If Required)
  • Ensure timely renewals of statutory licenses.
  • Monitor attendance, leave records, and payroll coordination with the finance team.
