Job Description

As a Land Surveyor, your primary responsibilities will include generating and managing field change notes to accurately document project modifications. You will be responsible for preparing various Management Information System (MIS) reports to monitor and track project progress and performance effectively. Utilizing Google Earth and other GPS-based tools, you will conduct land surveys and mapping with precision. Another crucial aspect of your role will involve liaising with revenue officials to ensure proper documentation and compliance with land regulations. You will be responsible for accurately demarcating land boundaries and facilitating the smooth physical possession of land. Proficiency in software tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD, and Google Earth will be essential for documentation, data analysis, and project planning. In addition to your responsibilities, the ideal candidate for this position should possess 4-5 years of experience in land surveying. A diploma in Land Surveying, Geography, or a related field will be required to qualify for this role. Your expertise in evaluating land development potential using geographic knowledge and tools like AutoCAD and Google Earth will be valuable in this position.,
