Deputy Manager - Graphic Design

As a Digital Designer, your role involves collaborating with agency partners and internal teams to establish a cohesive design language and design thinking. Your primary responsibility will be to conceptualize, design, and animate various marketing materials to support digital marketing, brand management, and advertising campaigns. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects is essential, and knowledge of 3D & CGI would be beneficial. You will be tasked with creating visually appealing content for multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Qualifications required for this role include possessing strong communication skills, previous experience working with a creative agency either full-time or as a freelancer, and the ability to merge creativity with efficiency. Ideally, you should have a minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in innovative digital design, preferably within the automotive industry. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, prioritize tasks independently, and adapt to shifting priorities is crucial. Additionally, a passion for working on a diverse range of brands in a dynamic team environment is essential, necessitating strong multi-tasking abilities. In terms of education, you must hold qualifications in both Animation and Graphic Design from a reputable Art or Design school. A Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) or Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree would be advantageous for this role.,
