Job Description

Work you will Do: Professional will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and providing key insights to support strategic decision-making. Develop and manage financial models, High proficiency in excel based modelling, developing & maintaining clean, scalable, and flexible models Strong experience in Excel modelling is required Analyze financial data, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting processes. Partner with business units to drive cost efficiency and profitability. Conduct variance analysis and prepare reports explaining financial performance. Assist in strategic planning, investment analysis, and business case preparation. Below skills are added advantage Data source identification and management using SQL and other data sources Development of dashboards using data visualization tools, preferably Power BI. For live reports that are stabilized Advanced knowledge of Agile product development methods Knowledge of JIRA & Confluence will prove to be an asset Key Skills & Qualifications: CA with 3+ years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or business analysis. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
