Strong Analytics in terms of cost incurred, efficiencies, root cause analysis of
each cost element& variance
• Track cost against AOP and highlight at right time for any variance to take
corrective action beforehand.
• Able to deliver results and bring out analytics from raw numbers and he/ she
should be self-starter and navigate seamlessly across cross functional teams to
bring out business reasons for the variance& highlight expected variance
beforehand.
• Perform Month-end close process closely with the team on a timely basis.
• Should be able to work with strict timelines and adhoc requirements of various
reports to management for decision making on time.
• Excellent excel skills and to use various software (Power BI, Claim Portal etc.)
for data gathering for preparation of MIS.
• Should be able to work on strict timelines and should have multi- tasking skills.
