Watertec is currently seeking a bright, enthusiastic Chartered Accountant to join our growing finance team. The person who will be designated as Deputy Manager Finance and Accounts will be responsible for financial reporting and controlling activities. She/He also will be responsible for ensuring smooth closure of statutory audits and related activities. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Accountant with the ambition to be part of a growing organization and carries an enthusiasm to build robust financial reporting and control activities. Responsibilities Timely & Accurate Financial Reporting As per Ind AS (Statutory) Preparation of monthly financial MIS for review of CFO and company leadership Fixed Asset accounting, Customer Accounting and Bank accounting related activities Handling Internal Audit, Statutory Audit and ensuring on-time completion and ensure all Audit observations are cleared on time. Support designing and implementing of right processes and controls to ensure compliance to ICFR and IFC (As per Companies Act,2013) within the organization Execution of special Projects for process standardization and automation of processes Candidate profile: Chartered Accountant with 2+ years of experience in similar roles Thorough knowledge of Ind AS Skills and Behavioral Attributes: Strong people management skills Working knowledge in SAP is must Strong knowledge of advanced exel
