Deputy Manager - Finance Controllership

As a qualified Chartered Accountant with 6 to 8 years of post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for various aspects of accounting, compliance, and client management. Your expertise should include a thorough understanding of different Accounting Standards, Schedule VI, Income tax regulations, and client-specific policies related to accounting and reporting. Your role will involve identifying and resolving accounting and legal issues, ensuring compliance with client deliverables such as MIS, TDS, GST, and Profession Tax. You will be expected to handle accounting tasks up to and including finalization, conduct independent GL scrutiny, and maintain client relationships through effective communication and feedback mechanisms. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with internal teams, bankers, and clients to ensure smooth billing, recovery, and overall client satisfaction. Your ability to understand the client's business and apply it to accounting practices will be crucial in achieving optimal results.
