Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Turnaround Time (TAT) meets the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA). Your focus will be on maintaining a high standard of 99% Quality and First Time Resolution (FTR) across all lines of business. You will play a crucial role in managing both internal and external stakeholders, providing feedback, ensuring smooth transactions, and driving process improvement to enhance relationships. In addition, you will be tasked with optimizing resource utilization and measuring individual productivity. Your keen eye will be instrumental in identifying process gaps and recommending solutions for continuous improvement. Compliance is a top priority, and you will be expected to maintain nil compliance issues, audit deviations, or any negative impact on overall operations audit, leading to a satisfactory audit rating. Your key accountabilities and responsibilities will include stakeholder interfaces, where effective communication and relationship management are essential. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-4 years of relevant experience. A degree in any discipline is required, with preference given to candidates holding an MBA.,
