Deputy Manager - Branch Operations

As a TAT specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all tasks are completed within the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA). You will be required to maintain a quality and FTR rate of 99% across all lines of business. Effective stakeholder management is crucial in this role, involving internal and external stakeholders. Providing feedback and ensuring smooth transactions and process improvements to enhance relations will be key aspects of your daily tasks. Additionally, you will need to focus on productivity and process improvement by optimizing resource utilization and measuring individual productivity levels. Identifying process gaps and recommending improvements will also be part of your responsibilities. Compliance is essential, with zero deviations in audits and a satisfactory overall audit rating expected. The ideal candidate for this role should have 1-4 years of experience and hold a degree in any field, with an MBA being preferred.,
