Deputy Manager Accounts

Job Title: Deputy Manager – Accounts (Accounts Receivable)
Education: M.Com with MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification
Location: Alkapuri, Vadodara
Experience: 5 to 10 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
• Handle credit control, general ledger scrutiny, and debtor reconciliations.
• Prepare various MIS reports including debtor ageing, DSO, and receivable cycles.
• Ensure timely collection and follow-up with clients for outstanding dues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors for AR-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Education: M.Com with MBA in Finance or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
• Experience: 5–10 years in Accounts Receivables and related domains.
• Strong knowledge of SAP (SD Module) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

Software Skills:

• SAP SD Module – Mandatory
• MS Excel – Advanced (Essential)
