Job Description

Qualification: B.Pharm, M.Pharm, M.Sc. Experience: 8 to 10 Yrs. Location: Chandigarh, Punjab Salary: 9.00 to 12.00 Lacks P/A Job Description: * Develop and implement production schedules and ensure timely completion of manufacturing targets. * Ensure operations comply with cGMP, WHO, USFDA, EU-GMP, and other applicable regulatory requirements * Collaborate with QA/QC teams to ensure product quality and address any non-conformities. * Lead, train, and motivate production staff and shift supervisors. * Ensure proper calibration and validation of manufacturing equipment. * Monitor raw materials and packaging materials usage to reduce wastage. * Promote and enforce a culture of safety and hygiene within the plant.
