Deputy General Manager-Supply Chain Finance

As a Plant Finance Support, you will be responsible for various activities spanning across plants to meet cost and cash targets, working closely with the Plant finance controller, preparing dashboards, driving automation, and monthly performance reporting for Supply Chain activities. Additionally, you will support in statutory audit activities and drive lean practices across supply chain finance. Your role will involve consolidating budgets, targets, and cost reduction efforts across plants. Key Responsibilities: - Support in Operating review for all plants at central level - Consolidate Plant level Budgets and assist in target setting - Track cost centrally and drive cost optimization - Manage budgeting, accounting, and cost control for Plant finance activities - Coordinate with Plants on Warranty centrally - Lead TML budget consolidation process and report numbers monthly - Monitor and support CLT level performance - Drive Capex allocation discussions for Supply Chain activities - Assist in ERP enhancements across all Plants/supply chain sites - Analyze cost reduction proposals for decision making - Support material audit team in finalizing plans - Work closely with internal audit team and ensure timely completion of cost audit Qualifications Required: - Education: CA - Experience: 5 to 12 Years Desired Skills & Competencies: - SAP knowledge - Expertise in implementing digital tools - Detail oriented and analytical - Material accounting - Plant Finance knowledge - Business finance understanding - Supply Chain accounting expertise - Strong communication and influencing skills - Experience in ERP implementation - People influencing skills Please note that this role involves interactions with internal stakeholders such as CV CFO, Plant Finance teams, GDC, Business Supply Chain, Secretarial, Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and external stakeholders like Consulting firms and Statutory Auditors.,
