Job Overview:

Location:

Key Responsibilities

Lead Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil engineering functions.
Ensure reliability of static/rotating equipment, HT/LT systems, control systems & plant infrastructure.
Drive condition monitoring, failure analysis, safety standards & statutory compliance.
Oversee CAPEX projects, shutdown planning, civil works & engineering deliverables.
Implement asset management strategies (PM/PDM/CM) using SAP PM.
Lead brownfield/greenfield project execution.
Ensure compliance with Factory Act, GPCB, PESO & ISO standards.
Promote energy management, PAT targets & sustainability initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performance multidisciplinary engineering team.

Key Skills :

Min. 22 years in engineering & maintenance in chemical/petrochemical/process industries.
Strong exposure to Mechanical plus Electrical, Instrumentation & Civil systems.
Proven leadership in large-scale plant engineering, shutdowns & CAPEX.
Experience in Chlor-Alkali/Caustic Soda plants preferred.
Proficient in SAP PM/MM, AutoCAD, MS Project & condition monitoring tools.
Strong leadership, communication & problem-solving skills.
Experience:
22to 24 years (Chemical/Process Industries)
Qualification:
B.E./B.Tech (Mechanical Full Time)
