Deputy General Manager AI Lab

Role Overview: As a transformative leader at ByteWise Techlabs, you will be leading the AI Lab initiatives for a top-tier Indian enterprise. Your role will involve driving AI programs from strategy to scaled deployment, managing a talented team, and engaging with CXOs across multiple business units. Key Responsibilities: - Lead end-to-end AI project lifecycle from problem definition to deployment and adoption. - Translate business goals into measurable AI use cases. - Manage and mentor a cross-functional AI team. - Oversee vendor selection and platform/tool decisions. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for alignment and integration. - Track impact metrics and proactively mitigate risks. - Contribute to AI maturity through communication, enablement, and upskilling initiatives. Qualification Required: - 7+ years of experience in digital transformation, AI/ML, data science, or similar domains. - Proven leadership in delivering complex, enterprise-scale tech programs. - Strong understanding of AI and Gen AI trends and technologies. - Experience working with partners, vendors, and system integrators. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
