ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Major Action and Support Action

  • Collaborate with the Global Thought Leadership Editor and Senior Content Editor to develop and deliver high-quality content across diverse topics, enhancing reputation, driving revenue growth, and strengthening client relationships.
  • Build and maintain a sustainable pipeline of high-quality content and materials to support front-line sales and relationship teams in engaging customers and creating business value.
  • Translate topic themes, research, and insights into compelling narratives that help stakeholders make informed decisions on business challenges and opportunities.
  • Champion editorial standards by providing practical recommendations and guidance to topic experts and content contributors.
  • Coach and mentor a team of content writers, supporting their current articles and enhancing their content writing skills.
  • Sub-edit content to align with the global style guide, ensuring it meets the requirements of the stakeholders, the content brief and resonates with the target audience and market.
  • Research, write, edit, and deliver high-quality, up-to-date content that reflects current market practices and meets business objectives.
  • Partner with the Global Content team and marketing project leads to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery of marketing and communication projects, addressing them proactively.
  • Support and mentor colleagues in writing, maintaining content, and addressing internal stakeholder queries.
  • Communicate complex ideas clearly and engagingly across various content formats, including white papers, e-books, brochures, campaign publications, and newsletters.
  • Lead and contribute to team, business, and leadership sessions to drive collaboration, alignment and to enhance content quality through external insights and expertise.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Required Degree: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in a content writing, thought leadership development, journalism and/or content writing role. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Expertise in refining content for clarity, accuracy, and engagement. Skilled in fact-checking, citations, and using credible data. Ability to guide teams and collaborate effectively. Experience with international partners, leading meetings, and driving sessions.
