Coordinating the design and development of GFC interior and MEP design (drawings and BOQs), providing direction to consultants, and aligning stakeholders (India and Mexico) throughout the initiation, planning, and execution stages of the projects.
JOB FUNCTIONS
1.- Development of Design documents as per guidelines 2.- Coordination with Interior and MEPs consultants for the GFC Documents development (Drawings and BOQs) 3.- Coordination between Design and Site 4.- Guide and Supervise the design team to follow all guideline and process of design criterion 5.- Interiors drawings development and coordination along with the Design Team in Mexico. 6.- GFC quality assurance before and during the Project execution 7.- To ensure the GFC documents development as per the stablished timelines 8.- BOQs review and validation 9.- Coordination with F&B and Operations team to provide the required areas for the proper Cinema Operation 10.-Coordination between Consultants and Vendors for clearance of information required for execution. 11.-Coordination with BD team for new properties design
