Deputy COO - Real Estate Project

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end execution of real estate projects (residential, commercial, or mixed-use) from planning to possession Coordinate with internal departments including architecture, design, procurement, sales, legal, and finance to ensure project alignment Ensure timely execution of construction and infrastructure development as per approved timelines and cost estimates Monitor progress through regular site visits, reviews, and reporting to senior leadership Identify operational risks and implement effective mitigation plans Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance (RERA, environmental, local approvals, etc.) Develop vendor strategy and manage key contractors, consultants, and service providers Implement SOPs for project management, quality control, safety, and sustainability Support the COO in strategic planning, board-level reporting, and business growth initiatives Track performance metrics, budgets, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction Mentor senior project teams and develop future operational leaders Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (MBA or PG in Construction Management preferred) 1520 years of experience in project operations, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale real estate developments Deep understanding of project lifecycle, construction technologies, regulatory processes, and project financing
