Deputy Cluster Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Solely responsible for Strategic Planning, Business & Channel Development, Training & Development, Sales & Distribution of Agency Associate of North East Zone through a team of LA/AA/RDM/BM/DM and achieving a predefined business target for the channel on monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
• To train, develop and align the sales force starting from Sales managers to Regional Managers on all the strategic Initiatives Channels and driving business and channel development through them.
• Delivering Career Opportunity Presentations to Sales Manager/ Branch Manager/ Divisional Manager /Area & Regional Manager for creating Agency Associate (Financial Distributors) and then business from their team and mentoring them for the development of the channel.
• Delivering Career Opportunity Presentations for the identified prospective Financial Advisors so that they pursue their career as an Financial Distributors.
• Developing and mentoring the Agency Associates, with a team of Branch Training Managers and Sales and Quality Assurance personnel for month on month productivity both in Recruitment and Business to achieve the predefined business numbers of the channel on monthly, quarterly and annual basis for the zone.
• To plan, organize & conduct various Financial Distributors meets R&R programs in the Zone and drive national / zonal development and sales agenda.
• Single point of contact for query resolution and co-ordination with HO for the channel.
