Job Description

To assist the cluster head collection in managing and improving the collection process within a specific geographic area or group of customers

Job Responsibilities:

Managing day-to-day field operations for the collection team, including ensuring adequate manpower presence and timely collection of dues from customers.
Contributing to the improvement of the credit portfolio in the cluster by enhancing collection efforts.
Building, coaching, and mentoring the collection team, which includes field executives and other relevant personnel.
Providing regular training and performance incentives to field executives to motivate and improve their performance.
Collecting and analyzing data related to collections, performance metrics, and other relevant information to identify areas for improvement and track progress.
Maintaining effective communication and coordination with the cluster head, other managers, and relevant stakeholders.
