Project Role : Deployment Lead Project Role Description : Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. Collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Must have skills : SAP ABAP Development Good to have skills : NA Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Deployment Lead, you will plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources. You will collaborate with all project teams to manage interdependencies, ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities, and monitor & control progress through the deployment plan. Your typical day will involve overseeing the deployment process, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring the successful implementation of the plan. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME Collaborate and manage the team to perform Responsible for team decisions Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams Manage the deployment process and ensure successful implementation Coordinate with various teams to ensure alignment and interdependencies Monitor and control progress through the deployment plan Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development Strong understanding of deployment planning and execution Experience in work planning, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to manage metrics, training, pilots, and resources Knowledge of project interdependencies and alignment Familiarity with monitoring and controlling progress Good To Have Skills:Experience with change management processes Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development This position is based at our Bengaluru office A 15 years full time education is required Qualifications 15 years full time education
