SALES MANAGER Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation ·       Experience : 6 - 10 Years   ·       Responsible for handling the branch. ·       To ensure smooth functioning of the branch. ·       Responsible for efficient operation of their branch with a focus on revenue, profit targets, controlling expenses, controlling shrinkage and Inventory management. ·       Responsible for managing stock levels and making key decisions. ·       Must have entire Branch/Store/Outlet managing capability. ·       Should be capable of handling team & improving their productivity. ·       Good Interpersonal Communication skills. 2. FLOOR MANAGER: Qualification: Graduation / Post Graduation Experience: 4 - 8 Years   ·       Responsible for efficiently handling assigned Category/ Section of products with a focus on revenue, profit targets and Inventory Management. ·       Must have Floor/Store managing ability. ·       Good Interpersonal Communication skills. ·       Team management ·       Sales focus ·       Display and inventory management.
