Dentist – R&D and Clinical Affairs

We are seeking a dentist with strong research orientation to lead and support R&D, validate product claims, and assist with regulatory, marketing, and product launch activities.

Role Overview

As a Dentist (R&D & Product Claims Lead) at ORACURA, you will be responsible for bridging clinical dental science with our product development pipeline. You will help design and conduct research, evaluate and justify performance claims for new products, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide scientific/clinical credibility to our product launches.

Key Responsibilities
-Lead and design R&D studies (lab, clinical, or user-based) for oral care devices.

-Validate scientific and performance claims with strong data support.

-Develop technical documents, white papers, and submissions for regulatory use.

-Collaborate with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, and Marketing teams.

-Provide clinical expertise during product design, testing, and launch.

-Act as a clinical spokesperson for marketing and training purposes.

-Stay updated on dental science and innovation trends.

Qualifications:

-BDS with 3–5 years of experience (research or clinical).

-Strong understanding of oral biology, microbiology, and device performance.

-Skilled in research design, data interpretation, and scientific writing.

-Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

-Master’s/PhD in Oral Sciences, Biomaterials, or related fields.
-Industry or research experience (oral care, medical devices).-Familiarity with regulatory standards (ISO 13485, CDSCO, etc.).

Location:

Navi Mumbai (with occasional travel).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
