Dental Clinic Manager / Coordinator

Full-Time | 6 Days/Week | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
We’re looking for a confident, caring, and experienced Dental Treatment Coordinator to guide patients through their treatment journey and support smooth communication between patients, clinicians, and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Discussing treatment plans with patients
• Explaining procedures, costs, and financing options
• Coordinating appointments between patients and clinicians
• Following up with patients before and after treatments
• Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
• Liaising with labs, suppliers, and service providers
• Supporting the front desk and administrative team as needed

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in explaining treatments and handling queries
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Customer service focused with a warm, professional manner
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, practice management software)

Education & Experience:

• Graduate preferred - Dentist
• Previous experience as a Treatment Coordinator, receptionist, or in a dental/healthcare setting is an advantage

Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM | 6 Days a Week
