Responsibilities
• Verify patient eligibility and insurance benefits via portals & phone
• Prepare accurate benefit breakdowns (Preventive, Basic, Major, Implants)
• Submit dental claims with required documentation (X-rays, narratives, charting)
• Follow up on unpaid or denied claims
• Create and submit pre-authorizations
• Post EOBs and update patient ledgers
• Maintain daily reports, trackers, and productivity sheets
• Communicate with the US team through email/Slack
• Meet accuracy, speed, and quality benchmarks
Requirements
Must-Have:
• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in US dental or medical insurance (preferred)
• Understanding of EOBs, CDT codes, claims, AR follow-up
• Ability to work night shift (US hours)
• Attention to detail & good analytical skills
• Fast learning and comfort with software tools
