Dental Assistant

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dental Assistant to join our Dental Department. The ideal candidate should possess strong clinical skills and hands-on experience in assisting dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort, and maintaining an organized and efficient dental operatory.

Key Responsibilities

• OPD management
• Assist the dentist during various dental procedures in the OPD.
• Prepare and arrange dental instruments, materials, and equipment before each procedure.
• Ensure effective sterilization and maintenance of dental tools and operatory cleanliness.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update treatment details as directed by the dentist.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-procedure care.
• Manage patient appointments and assist in smooth clinic workflow.
• Comply with infection control and safety protocols as per hospital standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / Certificate course in Dental Assisting or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in assisting dental procedures in an OPD setup.
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, materials, and chairside assisting techniques.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-focused with a professional attitude.
