Demonstrator – Anti Drone System

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the full Anti-Drone System at demo venues including integration of all subsystems with the Command & Control Center.
• Provide live demonstrations to customers, dignitaries, and stakeholders explaining the workflow and operational features.
• Clearly articulate and elaborate the technical specifications and capabilities of each subsystem.
• Troubleshoot real-time issues during setup or demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain system readiness and ensure seamless functioning throughout the demo period.
• Coordinate logistics for demo stall setup and dismantling.
• Collect feedback and provide field inputs to the R&D and production team.

Key Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Communication, Electrical, or related fields.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience with defense systems, preferably in UAV detection or electronic warfare domains.
• Strong understanding of RF systems, Radar operation, EO surveillance, and weapon station interfaces.
• Experience with Command & Control software systems and subsystem communication protocols.
• Excellent verbal communication and technical presentation skills.
• Ability to work under field conditions and travel frequently for demos and exhibitions.

Desired Skills:

• Familiarity with SWaP (Size, Weight and Power) considerations for integrated systems.
• Prior experience in DRDO/Defense exhibition setups or user trials.
• Capability to prepare technical handouts and assist with live Q&A sessions during demonstrations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
