Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting discovery calls with leads to identify business requirements and pain points. You will deliver engaging product demonstrations (online/offline) for prospective and qualified clients, clearly explaining product features, benefits, and use cases to decision-makers. Understanding client requirements and tailoring demos to address their business needs will be crucial. It is important to maintain strong product knowledge to confidently answer client queries and follow up after demos to handle objections and provide solutions. Negotiating and closing deals or working closely with the sales team for successful closure will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, maintaining accurate CRM updates and tracking discovery-to-demo and demo-to-conversion ratio, as well as collaborating with sales and marketing teams to improve demo success rate, are essential. Providing actionable feedback to the product team based on client interactions is also expected. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Degree or Masters Degree (Preferred: Business, Technology, or related fields). - Experience: 1-2 years in ERP / B2B SaaS / Cloud-based solutions. - Prior experience in product demo or pre-sales is a plus. Skills & Attributes: - Excellent English communication (verbal & written). - Presentable & confident in front of clients. - Technically sound with the ability to understand ERP workflows. - Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills. - Sales mindset ability to convince and convert clients after demos. - Strong objection-handling & negotiation skills. - Ability to conduct effective discovery calls and build rapport with clients.
