Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service to maximize guest satisfaction at Hyatt Place Hyderabad Banjara Hills. You should be entirely flexible to be rotated within different sub-departments of the Rooms division or any other assigned departments. Your main focus will be on offering the highest level of personalized service to guests, addressing complaints, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. It is crucial to be aware of hotel services, facilities, promotions, upselling techniques, and maintaining regular contact with long-stay and suite guests.
