Job Description

You will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of the department in alignment with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary focus will be to ensure that the needs and expectations of employees, guests, and owners are met effectively. As a Demi Chef de Partie, you will oversee a specific station or section within the outlet kitchen to deliver a consistent and high-quality culinary experience. Your responsibilities will include preparing top-notch dishes and providing courteous, professional, and adaptable service that upholds the outlet's unique concept and complies with Hyatt International's guidelines. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Demi Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Commis in a hotel or a large restaurant renowned for its exceptional standards. Prior exposure to luxury international brands is preferred. Possessing a qualification in Kitchen Production or Management will be advantageous. It is crucial to have a sound understanding of kitchen hygiene protocols and occupational health and safety regulations. Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills, particularly in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System, is desirable for this role.,
