Demand Supply Planner - FMCG

Role Overview: As the Production Partner Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a consistent service level for production partners under your accountability. This will involve managing production partners of varying complexities across multiple markets and countries, dealing with a wide range of forecast parts, ship-tos, and over 100 product SKUs. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the primary interface and single point of contact for manufacturing plants and production partners. - Update and align production partners on plant constraints and developments regularly. - Verify and confirm orders raised by partners for further action by manufacturing and logistics teams. - Analyze market sales and forecast trends, connect with partners and operations units to understand changing market dynamics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complaints raised by production partners. - Lead Sales and Operations Planning meetings with partners to track actions and brainstorm solutions. - Seek feedback from partners for continuous improvement, using tools like customer surveys and service level metrics. - Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements, Guidelines, and Product Catalogs with each customer. - Handle supply-related issues and minimize impact and costs with partners. - Lead digitization projects for customer relations and support data integration with partners. - Improve reporting and analytics by designing new reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI. - Drive process improvements across the region by collaborating with planning and production partners. - Manage India customer demand and support plant processes and reporting. - Train new managers and associates on tools and processes, including SAP - SD and Demand Planning.
