As a Customer Relations Manager, your role involves ensuring a consistent service level for production partners across multiple markets/countries, managing partners with varying complexity levels, overseeing a high number of product SKUs, and handling unique products with high demand variability. You will be responsible for managing multiple partners simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the primary point of contact for manufacturing plants and production partners. - Keep production partners informed about plant constraints and updates regularly. - Verify and confirm orders raised by partners for further processing by manufacturing and logistics teams. - Analyze market sales and forecast trends, liaising with partners and operations units to understand changing market dynamics. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complaints raised by production partners. - Minimize write-offs of ingredients and finished goods by working closely with operations and partners. - Lead Sales and Operations Planning meetings with partners to track actions, understand exceptions, and find solutions. - Gather feedback from partners for continuous improvement using customer surveys and metrics. - Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements and Product Catalogs with each customer and address complaints to prevent disruptions. - Address supply-related issues and minimize impact and extra costs with partners. - Lead digitization projects for customer relations and support data integration with partners. - Improve reporting and analytics by designing new reports and dashboards to meet planning needs and enhance customer engagement. - Collaborate with planning, production, and partners to drive process improvements. - Manage India customer demand and support plant processes and reporting. - Train new managers and associates, supporting capability development across analytics. - Advance Next Gen SNOP routines with customers and partners. - Ensure timely receipt of forecasts and validate demand with partners through reviews. Educational Requirements: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or Supply Chain Management with at least 5 years of experience.
