Demand Supply Planner

Ensuring consistent service levels for production partners for which you have accountability is a key aspect of this role. You should be able to manage production partners of varying complexities across multiple markets/countries, dealing with numerous forecast parts, ship-tos, and product SKUs exceeding 100+, encompassing high levels of unique products and demand variability. The number of production partners you manage will be dependent on the complexity level, and you will be required to handle multiple partners simultaneously. Your primary responsibilities will include serving as the main point of contact for the manufacturing plant and production partners, keeping them updated on plant constraints and developments, verifying orders raised by partners, and analyzing market sales and forecast trends. Collaborating with cross-functional plant teams to address complaints, minimize write-offs, and leading monthly SNOP meetings with partners will also be crucial. You will need to seek feedback for continuous improvement, develop Service Level Agreements, handle supply-related issues, and lead digitization projects for customer relations. Additionally, continuous improvement in reporting and analytics, process improvements, and training new team members will fall under your purview. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Finance, or Supply Chain Management and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in SAP - SD and Demand Planning will be essential for success in this position.,
