Job Description

Job Description: As a Demand Planner at Capgemini, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to drive informed business decisions. You will collaborate closely with the Client and cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to the company's growth. Your role will involve leading S&OP meetings, managing baseline forecasts, and finalizing Consensus demand plans. Additionally, you will drive stakeholder meetings to address forecast deviations and other challenges for accurate forecasts. Key Responsibilities: - Lead S&OP meetings and drive stakeholder meetings from a demand perspective to address forecast deviations and challenges. - Manage baseline forecasts and finalize Consensus demand plans. - Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to company growth. - Integrate market data and monitor essential changes to sales forecasts, business strategies, and budgets. - Utilize proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). - Utilize expertise in Advanced Planning Optimizers like Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA, etc. Qualifications Required: - High proficiency in Excel and MS Office. - Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. - Expertise in Advanced Planning Optimizers like Kinaxis, SAP APO, O9, E2Open, Oracle, JDA, etc.,
